[SDCPJ] Correction: March 21 March/Rally Promo video

The SDCPJ will be sponsoring a March and Rally on the 6th Anniversary of
the Invasion and Occupation of Iraq.

Assemble at 1pm at 5th and University in Hillcrest, then at 2pm, march E
on University to Park Blvd, then S on Park to the War Memorial Bldg in
Balboa Park for a 2:30 rally and program.
