Robin Long was released on Thursday, July 9, 2009 from the Joint
Consolidated Brig at MCAS Miramar after serving his 15 month sentence for
resisting deployment to the War in Iraq by deserting to Canada and being
extradited into US custody.

Folks have asked for more information about Robin Long.
Robin (25) was released from the brig on July 9th, but will stay in San
Diego to attend the Sunday, July 12th event at the Quaker Meeting House in
La Jolla.

Robin was likely provided $20 and a one way plane ticket to Idaho (his US
home of record) by the federal government.

Robin has a 2 year old son and his son's mother has MS. Both live in
Canada.
