This is not a complete list of upcoming events, only some of the major ones coming up in December.

Join the facebook events and invite your friends

talk to your friends about the dates

argue with people about the actions online

tell the media about these dates when they try to talk to you and refuse to talk about anything else

print the attached fliers and hand them to people and leave them on counters everywhere you go

Thurs Dec 8 5pm-7pm Candle Light Vigil for Unemployed

*DURING THE DECEMBER 8 EVENT WE MUST HAVE FLIERS FOR DECEMBER 10 & 12 EVENTS

Freedom Plaza – formerly Civic Center -  3rd Avenue and B Street (1200 3rd Ave), San Diego, CA 92101

Unemployment insurance is set to expire on December 31, 2011. If Congress doesn't act before the end of the year, the lifeline for jobless families and local economies that are already struggling will be cut-off.

We hope you will join us to help ensure that this doesn't happen. The San Diego Labor Council, along with our affiliated unions and the Interfaith Committee for Worker Justice (ICWJ), will be holding events as part of a nationwide effort to bring attention to the need to extend unemployment insurance. The vigil and silent march will start at the Civic Center – in Downtown San Diego at 5 p.m.

Sat Dec 10 – International Day of Human Rights

12pm - March with the Occupy San Diego Labor Solidarity Committee (OSDLSC) from the Downtown Social Security Administration Building (1333 Front Street) to Freedom Plaza (Formerly Civic Center at 1200 3rd Ave) 

Join us to fight for workers rights and human rights on December 10th. Lets unite our forces and protest the war against working people, social inequality and defend our right to assemble.

8:30pm 1^st Annual OSD Occupajama Party and Protest  Don't forget to pack your PJ's and tooth brush and dress in warm clothes, outerwear, robes because at 8:30pm begins the First Annual Occupy SD OccuPajama Party & Protest at Freedom Plaza immediately following GA. 

Stay awake or risk arrest! Schedule so far:

9pm -Hot Coffee Hot Chocolate Hot tea - bring it to share!

Midnight - Fashion Show/Stroll - Guys and gals, get those OccuJamas on the catwalk!

1am - Brainstorming/planning Future Protest Parties

2:30 am -  Pizza on the Plaza (Domino's stops delivering at 3am)

ALL NIGHT LONG  - DJ and music, Games, movies and other activities

Mon Dec 12 6am Chicano Park West Coast Port Blockade

In response to coordinated attacks across the nation on the Occupy movement by the 1% on Monday, December 12 Occupy San Diego will stand in solidarity with other West Coast occupations in a West Coast Port Blockade to disrupt the economic apparatus of the 1%.  OSD is asking participants meet at Chicano Park at 6am with supplies to be prepared to stay the day and lat into the evening, at least.

Wed Dec 14 7pm Occupy SD benefit concert at The Ruby Room

Featuring Liquid Blue and other music at the Ruby Room at 1271 University Ave, San Diego, CA 92103. $5 cover charge. ALL proceeds go to OSD. This is a chance for everyone to support the movement. Invite your friends and others who might not be in a position to "occupy" on a regular basis but believe in the cause. All music will be socially conscious. Featuring originals as well as classic protest songs from the likes of Dylan, Springsteen, Lennon, Green Day and more.
