[SDCPJ] California online voter registration

A new law in California allows for on-line voter registration. This
is the state government site with instructions and forms:

https://rtv.sos.ca.gov/elections/register-to-vote/

I think we all support the widest possible voting participation. May
I suggest that you consider forwarding this information to anyone and
everyone, to take advantage of this method if not already registered
or have moved within the state.

October 22, 2012, is the last day to register to be eligible to vote
in the November 6, 2012, General Election.
