The Encinitas City Council has placed the San Onofre issue on the agenda for Wednesday, September 26, 2012. The meeting begins at 6 p.m. The issue is #6 on the agenda; see below. The City Manager report includes a draft of a letter to the NRC which we can support wholeheartedly. The meeting address is: Council Chambers, 505 South Vulcan Avenue, Encinitas, California 92024.
